This week we’ll dive into actual recipes and spend some quality time in the kitchen. If mom didn’t teach you how to cook this stuff, chances are you’re afraid of it. Of course, there may be a handful of foods to avoid so we’ll dive deep into an “Elimination-Provocation” diet and how to plan ahead for meals. This week will set the foundation of how you should look at cooking for the rest of your life. This isn’t a temporary thing but a new lifestyle that you maintain and thrive with.
